Bahan
1btr telor ukuran besar
1cup creamy peanut butter unsalted
1/2cup sweetener
Aku pake sweetener mix Erythritol + inulin > 6:1
1sdt himsalt flakes
1/2sdt xantham gum (optional)
Cara buat
> mixer semua bahan sampai tercampur rata
> buletin sesuai ukuran yg diinginkan (aku pake ice cream scoop yg kecil)
> tekan pake telapak tangan/garpu sampe kurleb tebal 1cm
> panggang di oven yg sdh dipanasin 180C selama 12-15menit
